40th Anniversary of the Battle of CORAL & BALMORAL

Video & Image DVDs

The RAA Association (NSW) and 12 Field Regiment (Vietnam) Association worked closely with the National Commemorative Committee to video and photograph the services conducted in Canberra over the period 12-14 May 2008.

Three DVDs are in preparation.

Two are in DVD video format. These are for playing using either a DVD/TV player or computer. Each DVD has approximately 2 hours of video and selected images from the activities.

The third in the series is a data DVD. This provides digital images that can be processed into photos at a digital processor kiosk (chemist, camera store, digital photo section of some large stores) or viewed or printed from a home computer that has a DVD/CD drive .

Broadband Internet users may wish to view the short previews of selections from each of the video DVDs. These are described below so that interested veterans of CORAL & BALMORAL, their families and friends can order this commemorative set of DVDs. So if you were unable to get to Canberra, want to see and hear it again or want to provide a copy for a friend then this is your opportunity.

The RAA Association (NSW) Inc is taking orders with payments for the set of DVDs. This offer is open until 15 August 2008. Provided sufficient orders are received, production of the DVDs will be scheduled and dispatch is anticipated to be completed by the end of September. An ordering proforma is available by clicking on the ORDER FORM at the top of the page. Legacy will be the main beneficiary of any profits from this project.
